• Septic maintenance reminder calls...we keep track of your septic cleaning for you. 
  We recommend septic pumping  be done every 2-3 years, depending on its use. 
  We’ll track your pumping needs based upon your home’s usage to prevent back ups and prolong your septic systems life.
  
  
• Priority scheduling- service appointments are booked before other, non- service contract calls.
  
  
• Have a favorite technician?  Let us know!  We’ll be happy to assign one of our trained plumbing or septic professionals to your home.  No need to see new faces at the door for each of your service calls.  You’ll have just one Ready-Rooter technician who will know your house inside and out!
   
• Ready Rooter’s “Red Carpet Treatment”... we know how much work it is to keep your home clean.  That’s why all Ready-Rooter technicians wear boot covers while inside your home to protect your floors.  We’ll also use our “red carpet” at the work area  to keep your floors neat.  Upon completing your service appointment, we’ll be sure the work area is left in a satisfactory condition. 
                        
• Free call backs... need an adjustment to something we’ve recently fixed at your home?  We’ll be happy to return to your home and ensure the repair we made is functioning properly at no additional charge.  Your satisfaction is not only our top priority... it’s our guarantee!

Ready-Rooter Non-Service Agreement Calls Benefits:

• $49 or $149 service fee will be applied to the cost of services approved, invoiced and paid.  If no services are approved, the $49 or $149 service fee is what is paid.
